You may sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or organisation per account, with accurate details.

• You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish on Simahin.
• You grant Simahin a licence to host, display, and promote the content you choose to make public, so it can be shown across Simahin surfaces and shared links.
• You confirm you have the rights to what you publish and that it does not infringe anyone else's work.

Do not post unlawful, hateful, abusive, obscene, or misleading material, impersonate others, scrape the platform, or attempt to break its security. Simahin moderates content reactively and may unpublish or remove content and accounts that breach these terms.

Rights Protect provides a rights declaration, a timestamped proof, version history, and attribution support recorded by Simahin. It is not official government copyright registration and does not replace legal registration or legal advice. Reports of misuse are reviewed by the Simahin team.

Simahin connects artists, writers, organizers, and learners. Any engagement, fee, or booking agreed between users is a contract between those users. Championship entries are subject to the eligibility and process published on the registration page; decisions of the Simahin jury are final.

Simahin is provided on an as-is basis. Features may change and access may be interrupted for maintenance. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
